Request for Proposal (RFP) process

  • Prepare an RFP for the request with the client including the technical requirements, budget and timing.
  • Identify providers which meet the RFP requirements and contact them regarding the RFP.  A CDA will be put in place with the contract provider to protect confidential information.
  • Obtain up to 3 quotes for each RFP and provide to the client for review.
  • Once a lead provider has been identified then start the final contract negotiation process and due diligence up to the point of signing.
